Meet the maker
Hello my name is Elena and i'm your maker.
My adventure of soap making began when I needed an idea for favors to give to the guests of my Airbnb rental.
Batch by batch I started creating hand crafted soap. Now, each guest that stays at Moss Hollow Cabin receives a complimentary bar of soap. I also let my friends and family sample my creations and they immediately found their favorites. After such a welcoming response I knew it was time to create Moss Hollow Co.
Our soap is made with olive oil & coconut oil. We offer either fragrance oil or essential oil option. We use natural colorants and mica powder. All soaps are handcrafted and made in small batches. So, if you see something you like don't wait too long or it may be gone. Although we do our best to stay up on our restocking, the curing time for our soap is approximately 6 weeks.
After creating soaps I ventured into candle making, since Moss Hollow Co is zero waste, I decided to reuse beautiful vans and containers that were no longer used or sorted out of their homes. So I started my candle making journey.
